KAPPEC has successfully completed more than 100 EIA related projects consisting of Basic Assessment Applications and full Environmental Impact Assessments to date. The nature of these projects included township establishment and residential, commercial, industrial, eco-estate, hazardous, and infrastructure developments. Other applications included Waste Management Licence Applications; Rectification Applications in terms of Section 24(G); Risk Assessments; Water Use Licence Applications, as well as legal and other Compliance Monitoring and Auditing.

- EIA for a proposed Township Establishment in Trekoskraal on the West Coast (2000 units)
- EIA for a 70ha residential and mixed use development in Brackenfell (4000 units)
- EIA for a 400ha Eco Estate Development at the foot of the Hottentots Holland Mountain in the Helderberg Basin (200 units)
- EIA for a Brick Factory Decommissioning, Rehabilitation and Development in Durbanville
- EIA for a hazardous material storage warehouse in Kraaifontein
We have furthermore undertaken, and project managed more than 80 Basic Assessment Applications for roads, renewable energy, residential, commercial, and industrial developments in the Western and Northern Cape.
